Shipping Policy
Please to ensure your package is properly delivered and receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, make sure address is fully entered and correct.
If you realize you entered your shipping address incorrectly, please contact us ASAP twiindoves@yahoo.com. We will do our best to fulfill your request and change to correct address. If we are unable to, WE DO NOT TAKE responsibility for the incorrect information.
If your tracking information states your package was delivered and yet did not receive it (lost/stolen). It's the customer responsibility to take action with the United States Postal Service, Twiin Doves Boutique does not hold accountablity for lost/stolen packages. Shipping fees are non-refundable nor the items.
Friendly reminder you will receive your order 2-3 business days from the date it is shipped out, not from the date you placed your order. After your payment is authorized and verified, it may take a day to process your order. Please note it doesn't include weekends, or Holidays. When your order is shipped you will receive an email with tracking information. Keep in mind if your package says it was delivered and did not receive any package you must contact your local post office. We do not issue refunds for packages that state they were delivered we do apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for understanding.

Please provide us with a photo clearly showing the damage(If damaged). Your order number and item name. Please be aware items returned MUST have original tags, contain no stains, must be odor-less, and be in their original conditions. Unfortunately we DO NOT provide return labels, all return shipping fees must be paid by the customer.RETURNS ARE FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY We only accept returns if the item(s) is eligible to be RESOLD.
